Preface
About 10,000 years ago, the earth had 6.2 billion hectares of forests covering nearly half of the land, but now there are only more than 2 billion hectares left. The global tropical rain forest is decreasing at the rate of 17 million hectares (42 million acre) per year, which means we will lose forests equivalent to a tropical size of a football field every minute. The global paper production and consumption has reached 320 million tons every year. If four trees with an average age of 20 years need to be cut down per ton of paper as raw materials, nearly 1.3 billion such trees will disappear from the earth in one year.
In history, forests once covered 2 / 3 of the earth's land area. After entering the 20th century, the rate of forest reduction has further accelerated. If this development continues, the world's tropical forest resources may be destroyed in a few years.
We should pay attention to the impact of deforestation on the environment includes climate change, landslides and floods, as well as the most important biodiversity and habitat reduction.
Is reforestation useful? In fact, rebuilt forests and secondary forests can never completely replace the multi-layer trees and millions of organisms in the original rainforest, some of which have only been discovered now.
Our vision
Today, a large number of trees are still cut down for wooden fences every year. And we are sad to find that every 3 to 5 years, these wooden fences will be abandoned due to the nondurable, and more trees will be cut down for new wooden fences,round and round.
Showtech Fence brand founder Xiujun Xiang started Tree Protection Project since 2006. We joined the PVC fence manufacturing industry to prevent more tree be felling for wooden fences. And We will put 20% of our annual profit in afforestation. This project has been going on for 15 years, and by now we have planted more than 100,000 trees. In Northwest China, it was originally a desert area. Due to the 15 years of afforestation plan, we can see lush trees and clear rivers now.

PVC resin
The core material in vinyl products.We use calcium carbide synthesis technology to get PVC resin.Compared with petroleum ethylene synthesis technology,our method does not consume oil resources,this process is pollution-free.
Manufacture
The production process of PVC products does not come into being any harmful substances. We heat and melt the raw materials to get the final products by injection and extrusion technology. Some leftover materials will be re-broken into raw materials for production. We use recycled water to cool down the whole system, which will not cause the consumption of water resources.
PVC products
We only use 100% virgin material to produce high quality products with UV resistance and lifetime warranty,which means our products do not blister, peel, corrode , rot or weathering.With time goes by, our products keep durable and do not decompose into the soil.In the same life cycle, wooden fences have to replace parts frequently.This is the most significant thing we do to prevent trees from being cut down.
Maintenance
In order to prevent insects from corroding wood, wooden fences need to paint the surface intermittently, similarly to metal fences prevent rust.The formaldehyde in paint does great harm to the environment and human body. Showtech high quality
Recycling
If Showtech PVC fences need to be taken down, they can be recycled into other plastic products, such as hotel access card, or be used for thermal power generation, which has achieved the purpose of resource recovery.
